Confidentiality and Data Protection

Information provided in this form will be handled by Cardiff University confidentially and in accordance with the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation. It will only be disclosed, where necessary, to those involved in admissions administration and assessment of fitness to practise requirements which may include individuals external to the University and may also be disclosed where required to do so by law. Data is processed as part of a public task to assess fitness to practice and to identify what reasonable adjustments can be made to enable participation in the course. Any sensitive categories of data is to be processed in line with condition of the provision of public healthcare.
